Write to us. Ndge is made by one person, and the quickest way to get help is an email to [email protected]. Say which iPhone and iOS version you have and what you were doing when something went wrong. Replies usually come within a few days.
Common questions
Where are my notes?
On your iPhone, in a private database only Ndge can read. If you signed in with Apple under Settings → iCloud backup, a copy is also in your own iCloud. Deleting the app removes the copy on the phone; the iCloud copy comes back when you reinstall and sign in again.
Why can I only see the last four days?
The last four days of notes are free. Every note you have ever saved is kept, and the full archive opens with an optional subscription, monthly or yearly. Nothing is deleted whether or not you subscribe.
I subscribed but the archive is still closed
Open Settings → Full archive and tap Restore purchases, or tap Restore purchases on the plans screen. This asks the App Store for a subscription already bought with your Apple Account, including on a new phone.
How do I cancel?
Settings → Full archive → Manage subscription, or in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling keeps the archive open until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Nudges are not arriving
Check iOS Settings → Notifications → Ndge is allowed, and that your reminder window in the app covers the times you expect. Nudges arrive at a random time inside that window, so a quiet hour is normal.
I want my data deleted
Delete the app to remove everything on the phone. To remove the iCloud copy, switch iCloud backup off in the app first, or delete Ndge's data in iOS Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Storage. To have anonymous usage data or a subscription record deleted, email us with the request; the privacy policy says what each of those holds.
